Nurse Educator Graduate Certificate

The Nurse Educator Graduate Certificate option is available for individuals who are either currently enrolled in an accredited master's degree nursing program or who already hold a master's degree in nursing. This 15 credit hour certificate option focuses on incorporating principles of nursing education and instructional technology into the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs. Application of these concepts occurs through practicum experiences in a nursing academic or clinical environment. Individuals completing this certificate option are prepared to function as nurse educators in the areas of nursing education and nursing service/clinical practice.
